REDUCERS
|
In addition to the
reducer listed for the Epoxee Primer above, 1-2
quarts of urethane reducer is required for each
2 quarts of paint. Obtain proper reducer based
on shop temperatures.

(1) It is always better to
have adequate supplies. Not having adequate supplies, in
the middle of an application process can cause serious
re-coat problems. Variations from these estimates
are not uncommon.
(2) All X-otic Colours
Products, Product Lines or Colour Series use a 5-digit
number. The first 2-digits are referred to as the
product pre-fix number. This 2-digit number can be used
to identify a product line or colour series.
(3) Any of X-otic Colours
Epoxee Primer (Part A) requires the corresponding Epoxee
Primer Catalyst (Part B)
(C) Requires Urethane Catalyst
product number 40-100. One 8 oz. can (1/2 pt.) catalyst
per 23 oz. quart container. The 23 oz. quart
allows for direct addition of tints and catalyst to the
quart container. This avoids common mixing errors.
(4) Graphic Applications
require Protective/ Bonding/ & Jammin’ Cleer product
number 34-200. If a complete series of
basecoat applications cannot be applied within all
recoat windows, the application of Product number 34-200
would be required BEFORE any recoat windows have
expired. Always use fast reducer, product number
50-111 with this product.
